Our process group sessions begin by delving into the depths of emotions, allowing for the exploration and processing of feelings. Following this, we shift focus to themes and current issues chosen by the group, such as relationships, boundaries, and other pertinent topics. This unique format offers a dynamic and engaging experience, fostering personal growth and collective empowerment within a supportive community setting. Location: In the heart of Balham, near the tube and train station in SW12 9BS, London
Cost: £30 per week for 90-minute sessions, payable in advance, with a 48-hour cancellation policy
