how it works

Whether it's face-to-face outdoor therapy, online, or by telephone, sessions cost £75 for 50 minutes or £85 for face-to-face sessions at the clinic. Group therapy is £30 for 90 minutes. I also offer a sliding scale for low-income or financial difficulty.

I offer a free 15-minute online consultation during which we can discuss your concerns, and you can ask any questions.

Sessions are weekly at the same time, and additional sessions can be arranged if needed. Payments are made weekly in advance by bank transfer, and there is a 48-hour notice cancellation policy.

Choosing the Right Therapist
The Importance of the Therapeutic Relationship
online
Research shows that online therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy. If you have reliable access to the internet, this can be done from home or another quiet private space where you feel comfortable talking. This may suit those with busy schedules cutting out travelling to and from therapy.
in-person
Are you looking for a convenient location for your next face-to-face session? The clinic is in South London’s Furzedown neighbourhood, nestled between Streatham and Tooting in SW16
Group therapy
Immerse yourself in our enriching 90-minute sessions designed to guide you through a transformative journey. Our process group session begins by delving into the depths of emotions, allowing for exploring and processing feelings. Following this, we shift focus to themes and current issues chosen by the group.
A GP referral is not necessary to make an appointment.

I am dedicated to creating a safe and empathetic environment where clients from diverse backgrounds—regardless of age, race, gender, demographic, religious belief or LGBTQ+ identity—feel genuinely heard and supported. As someone with intercultural and diversity training, I am well-prepared to work alongside you. My approach involves treating each person with respect and openness, seeking to understand their unique perspectives and experiences, and guiding them on a meaningful therapeutic journey.
